About Countryside
We are situated on 5 acres in a beautiful suburb of Yuroke which is just out of Greenvale. There is large amount of property around us which means lots of fresh air and a relaxing environment for your pets.
Location And What We Provide
Countryside Boarding Kennels is situated in Yuroke, a rural property on 5 1/4 acres only 10 minutes from Melbourne airport. The kennel sits in a beautiful setting with lots of open space and fresh air so the animals feel very relaxed.
All our kennels have a trampoline-style bed or a hard plastic pet basket with fresh bedding. We like to work with you as to what your pet would prefer.
We have a 24-hour veterinary practise on call to us at any time of the day should any issues arise.
All our kennels are cleaned twice daily and disinfected with a disinfectant that is bactericidal, virucidal, fungicidal, sporicidal. F10 is one of the leading disenfectants on the market. Our disinfectant is Biodegradable & ecologically friendly. It is non-corrosive, non-toxic, non-tainting, non-irritating, aldehyde-free.
We are a kennel that chooses quality or quantity when it comes to our kennel sizes and their runs and as such, we only have a limited number of kennels available. We want your pets to be safe, secure, and comfortable with room to move in their kennel environment.
We are open by appointment only. We are a secured and gated property and we do not allow visitors in without an appointment therefore we are not available for walk-ins. Pet safety is our priority.

Dog Kennel
& Run
Every animal run has its own outside yard offering a large secured undercover area to cater for all weather and is fully secured. The runs are large enough to house multiple animals.
Cattery
Every cat enclosure has a scratching post and are big enough for either 1 or 2 cats with plenty of room to move. The cats have dry food with them at all times and wet food once a days.
Pet Foods, Treats, Grooming, And Medications

We offer our guests the very best in meals.
Shellie has had extensive knowledge in the pet food industry previously working for a pet food manufacturer. With this in mind she has decided to feed her guests only the best, Royal Canin.
This premium food is extremely palatable which means your pet will just LOVE it. We feed in both the morning and afternoon.
Royal Canin is nutritionally complete so doesn’t need any additives however if your pet would prefer, we are happy to add some wet food.
All cats are fed both Royal canine dry food and Whiskas wet food, all flavours.
Should you wish to bring your own food you must label clearly the food and give written instructions.
Care Packages & Treats
If your pet has special dietary needs and requirements, we are happy for you to bring it with you, or have the food delivered, and we will feed it to your animal.
We welcome and recommend that you bring in treats that your pet(s) prefer, and we will happily give them the treats at no extra charge. To us, treats are a standard item that is given to our own dogs so we feel they should also go to our guests to ensure they are comfortable, relaxed, and happy.
Pet Medication & Special Needs
We are happy to administer medication daily at a charge. Please ensure this is clearly labelled and instructions must be in writing.
Providing Animal Transportation, Pick Up & Delivery
We offer a convenient Delivery/Pick up service in our modern air-conditioned vehicles.
We try very hard to work in with your commitments so endevour to be with you at a time that is most suitable.
This service is available Monday to Friday except for Public Holidays.
Should you require your animal to travel anywhere in Australia or overseas we offer a complete Pet Transport service.

We will not pick up or deliver to persons under age or to an unoccupied premises.
